Green Valley Resort seeks applications from interested candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu.

Account Officer – 1
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field
• Maintain books of accounts and filing.
• Carry out reconciliations of account, general ledger and sub-ledger.
• Maintain and reconcile banking transactions.
• Provide financial information for business analysis and auditing when
needed.
• Coordinate with warehouse on stock confirmation & purchase made.
• Maintain and update all vendor and customers databases with correct balances.
• Stock verification.
• Any task as assigned by Sr. Accountant.
• Minimum salary: NPR 20,000 (Negotiable)

Guest Relation Officer – 1
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 4 years experience in Hotel & Resorts.
• Addressing and escalating customer complaints
• Analyzing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to
continuously improve the overall rating.
• Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones
• maintaining and updating customer databases
• Candidate must stay in the resort where food and lodging will be
provided.
• Minimum salary: NPR 30,000 (Negotiable)

Sales & Markteing Officer – 1

  • Smart and energetic with pleasing personality
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 4 year experience in Hotel & Resorts
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build relationship
    with Customers
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum Salary: NPR 25,000 (Negotiable)
